We provide 30-day return and replacement service in order to ensure the best services to our valuable customers. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached. Postal charges will not be refunded and customer will bear the returns charge.

- We can only deliver Monday to Friday between 9AM and 8PM (no time slots can be provided). We are unable to deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
- Any order received on Public Holidays or Weekends will be dispatched on the immediate next Working Day.
- The couriers are only able to deliver to the property entrance.
- The couriers are unable to remove old unwanted furniture.
- Our couriers are unable to call prior to delivery - The customer must ensure that if the package arrives damaged that they clearly mark this by the signature.
